Ready for a quick dinner idea?  Today is the official holiday for tacos!  Totally a reason to celebrate!  And since it falls on a Tuesday, we certainly can all go out and enjoy a Taco Tuesday at our favorite Mexican restaurant.

Tacos are one of the most popular Mexican foods.  A generic taco is kind of like a sandwich with the outside usually made of corn and then filled with various delicious foods.  There are lots of choices to make up a good taco, so I am bringing just a few of them to you today.  Enjoy!

    Interesting info you have here on tacos. Here in Mexico, we hundreds of different kinds of tacos. I think you could write a thousand posts about them! I like that you only include pics of tacos in tortillas, which is how real tacos are made, not with taco shells. I shared this in my Mexican Food pinterest board and on Twitter.
