Do you love spinach? Well, I’ve found that most folks either love it or hate it. I personally am a big fan. When I was a child, I learned the true value of a can of spinach just by watching one of my favorite cartoons, Popeye. And in a way, spinach will give you muscles. Maybe not like Popeye, but then again who wants to look like Popeye! Ha!
