Traditionally, wedding cakes were made to bring good luck to all guests and the couple. In modern days, some traditions have changed. Did you know? For more vivid colors in your frosting, use gel food coloring instead of the little dropper bottles of liquid. A little gel will go a long way. Just dab a little on the tip of a toothpick and stir it into the frosting. It creates bright, unmuted colors!
