Happy Hot Cross Buns Day!  Hot Cross Buns are small, sweet yeast buns with raisins or candied fruit, marked on top with a cross, traditionally served on Good Friday.  Why we have a holiday six months later, I do not know.  But celebrate we will!  How about 7 fun hot cross buns recipes!

Bet you love the fact that I just put that song in your head!  According to legend, the song was sung originally by street vendors.  Nowadays, it is one of the first songs your kids learn to play on their recorder. Brings back memories of elementary school!

    I always liked that song and I think we all had to sing it at school. Some things never change. I also really like the buns.
