Sneak some zucchini onto your neighbors porch day!

Ever grown zucchini? One plant can feed an entire nation.  Seriously.  So about this time of year, most zucchini gardeners find themselves in an over abundance type of predicament.  What to do with all that zucchini?  Well, we certainly could share it with the neighbors when they aren’t looking, couldn’t we?

Of course, you could always find some creative uses for that monster crop.  I found a bunch of great recipes for those of us with a bit of over abundance:
